Terms of Service

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Dishday ("Licensor", "we", "us") governing your use of the Dishday mobile application ("App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

IMPORTANT: This Agreement incorporates by reference the Licensed Application End User License Agreement published by Apple, Inc. at http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/appstore/dev/stdeula/

1. Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple Media Services Terms. The App may be shared via Family Sharing where supported.

2. Maintenance and Support

Licensor is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any support for the App.

3. Warranty

Licensor is solely responsible for product warranties. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.

4. Product Claims

Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) regulatory compliance claims; (iii) consumer protection claims.

5. Intellectual Property

In the event of any third-party intellectual property claim related to the App, Licensor — not Apple — is solely responsible for investigation, defense, and resolution of such claims.

6. Legal Compliance

You represent that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; (ii) you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited parties list.

7. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.

8. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Remove proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App in violation of App Store Terms of Service

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Access:

The App offers limited features without a subscription.

Premium Features:

Full access to all recipe catalogs and premium features requires an active subscription.

Payment Terms:

  • All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • Apple is not responsible for the App's content or related claims

Subscription Terms:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID Account Settings
  • Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
  • Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

10. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard process at https://support.apple.com. Licensor has no obligation to provide refunds directly.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.notion.so/PRIVACY-POLICY-357e6076a5d780f38296cd44d66cab52. By using the App, you consent to data collection as described therein.

12. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate by deleting the App. We may terminate if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your license immediately ceases.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

15. Changes

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. For EU/EEA users, EU consumer protection laws apply.
